Paint started chipping off on the case pretty quickly, screws got stripped when I was installing case fans (though they do give you extras), and the side glass panel came all cloudy and stained that I couldn't clean it. If this were cheaper I'd be more forgiving, but for the cost you'd expect better. That said they had good sales going on when I ordered and it does function well. The customer service team was pretty responsive though, so props to them.
One of my fans stopped working after just three months. If you're outside the US, I'd recommend steering clear for now because their warranty setup is rough for international folks. They wanted me to destroy the whole unit even though only one of three fans died. I get the destruction policy, but it seems unfair to destroy it first without getting the replacement shipped out, especially when you're dealing with international customs delays. They wouldn't budge on that. They also kept saying they might still reject the claim if my video wasn't done exactly their way, which felt risky. There's no guarantee you'd be approved even after following all their steps and breaking down your equipment. Fortunately I bought mine through a local retailer and got a full refund there, then switched to a different case brand with better customer protection. Considering everything that happened with the H1 case drama before, I'd suggest looking elsewhere right now.
Their AIO coolers perform great and you get solid customer support to back them up.
