MISLEADING ADVERTISING!! They claim to offer FAST SHIPPING but actually ship everything through the cheapest USPS option available, which takes almost TWO WEEKS to get to your door!!!

They charged my card and I confirmed I wanted to end all future shipments. Then my order got stuck and never progressed past the Midwest. I tried reaching out multiple times via email with no response. No phone line available either. I had to escalate this to the Better Business Bureau and suddenly after a week the package actually started moving. Now it says it's in transit. Their food quality is solid but I absolutely cannot suggest them. They seem unprofessional. Shop around and check out other sellers of the same product before ordering here. Everything was fine until I asked to leave. Now I'm left wondering if they intentionally held up my package.

I'll say this much, the actual food is good. That's where the positives end. Getting help is a nightmare because there's no phone support, just endless email back and forth and a ton of troubleshooting questions to get anything resolved. I ordered mid-month and got zero updates for more than a week. The site just kept saying the label was created but stuck on pre-shipment. I hunted everywhere for a phone number but they only offer email. This led to the endless email chain with various support people. I accumulated so many messages from them. By late month they finally told me via email they didn't know where my shipment went and would send a replacement. Didn't realize I'd be paying for the replacement even though their tracker said it never really left. They sent new tracking that doesn't even work. Bottom line, I've been charged THREE times for orders I never got. I originally bought this stuff at my warehouse club so I probably should have just stuck with them.
