Not only did I have to return them at my own expense, but they only refunded for the shoes, not the postage I paid. Then when I followed up, customer service demanded I send them a photo of the wrong shoes even though they already had the item back. They refused the refund when I couldn't provide a photo. Unacceptable service. I'm shopping elsewhere from now on.
Placed and paid for my order, got confirmation for in-store pickup on the next day. Then nothing. They asked me to review trainers I was still waiting for. I followed up asking for an update and finally got told three weeks later that my paid trainers are lost and I'll get a refund eventually. Weeks wasted. How do you lose a pair of trainers in a sealed bag with a name and order number on it? Why didn't they tell me immediately that something was missing? How long would I have waited if I hadn't kept asking? They've lost my trust completely. Very unprofessional.

I don't usually write reviews but this needs to be said. Yodel messed up badly. They delivered my package to the wrong apartment building with zero option to reroute or reschedule. When I got back from my trip, I rushed over at dawn to the building in their photo proof. Nobody let me in at first but eventually got access. Checked the exact spot in the photo and my package was completely gone. Tried calling Yodel for an hour but there's no phone support. Their chat is only on the mobile app, not their website, which seems intentional. And Offspring wasn't any easier to reach either with no phone line available. Reporting a missing expensive item shouldn't be this difficult.
Worst experience ever. I paid extra for next day delivery and it never showed up. Now they're saying 2 to 5 days and it's not even with the courier yet. They ignore your emails completely. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my son. I won't be ordering again and I'm telling everyone to shop elsewhere.

Really pleased with how this went when I ordered my dad's Christmas present. It's sad they have so many poor reviews because my experience was excellent. Ordered on Friday and had it by the next day. I emailed them a question and heard back almost immediately. Great company and I'll definitely be back.
