Bought a brand new pair but decided they weren't for me while I was away traveling. Since I was past the 30 day window they wouldn't help me out. I really wanted to exchange them instead, so I sent photos they requested. They came back saying the shoes looked worn. I had only tried one on! This was a terrible experience and I won't be shopping here again.

I placed an order on November 28th and my card was charged right away. We had plenty of time before Christmas so I figured we were good. I got an order number but never any shipping confirmation. I've sent multiple support emails and left several voicemails. At this point we'd honestly be fine with late delivery, we just need someone to actually talk to us! This is really disappointing since this was supposed to be one of the big gifts for my son.

Ordered some red suede drivers and a royal blue low top and both items were fantastic for the sale price. Shipped out pretty fast. These were my first orders and honestly I'm not sure why there are so many complaints online because my experience has been great. I did call asking for a shipping fee refund since I'd spent over $250, then made another purchase for more items. Ended up paying for shipping three times, but that was on me for ordering separately instead of doing one big order.

The team member helping me out was incredibly quick to respond and genuinely helpful. My first order didn't work out the way I wanted, so they went above and beyond by sending replacement shoes not just once but twice. Both replacements arrived fast and are fantastic. They clearly understood what went wrong and jumped right in to fix it without making excuses. Plus they really made an effort to go the extra mile. The shoes themselves are fantastic too. My experience with this brand has been really positive. I just got my second pair after wearing my first pair basically every single day for a whole year without any issues. The new pair ripped inside the heel after just a couple wears though. When I contacted them, their customer service was fantastic and they're replacing the shoes free of charge. Really appreciate it. Going to keep buying from them.
