My appointment got cancelled out of nowhere! I had booked a facial session through an event site for a special deal that included a gift bag and a drink at one of their locations. Apparently the staff decided to cancel because they had plenty of other bookings and didn't think I was worth keeping around. Got an email from management saying my appointment was off. Really upset about how they handled this and the poor way they treated me! I was bringing friends with me too and we all would've booked the same service. Now none of us are interested in going. Won't be recommending them to anyone. Guess that's what happens when you're not a priority customer.

I've bought their products both directly and through other online shops, and every time has gone smoothly with no complications. Yeah, the prices are pretty steep, but the product quality totally justifies the cost. I genuinely love using them and they're now a regular part of my skincare routine. If you're ready to spend money on really good quality items, you can't go wrong with this brand.

Received two tubes of hand cream and when I opened them, they were only half full. I sent pictures of both tubes and the boxes to their support team, and they kept telling me to go back to where I bought it for an exchange. That makes no sense because the tubes left the factory like that, it's not the retailer's problem. This is clearly an issue with how the product was manufactured.

Ordered a travel set hoping it would come in time for a trip I had planned. The website said delivery would take 4-6 days, but I never got any shipping updates. I reached out multiple times asking when my order would go out and got nothing back. When I finally emailed to cancel since the timing wasn't working anymore, they didn't respond but shipped it anyway that same day. The tracking shows it's dispatched but there's zero activity on the shipment itself. Now it's supposed to arrive while I'm away and I don't even need it anymore. I order stuff online constantly and even small independent sellers on Etsy give better responses than this. The fact that they ignored my cancellation request and sent it anyway really turned me off from ever ordering their stuff in the future.

I think Omorovicza is excellent, though I'm talking specifically about the products themselves which I purchase from various retailers. Have never run into any problems. I know some people had troubles ordering straight from the company, but that's not something I've experienced. The quality of their moisturizers is really top notch and has really helped my skin (and I've used fancy brands like La Prairie and Sensai before).

Their products are fine, but the way they handle orders is really frustrating. I ordered two scalp treatments and got sent completely wrong items. Had to ship everything back, and by that time the products I wanted were out of stock. They refunded just one of my items. I checked my bank account and noticed the refund was only half of what it should've been. I messaged them about the missing money and they claimed it was a system error that would show up in a few days. I'm not sure I believe that explanation. If they really messed up, why not just own it? And if this was truly a system issue, why didn't they tell me upfront that I'd get the other half later? Pretty sketchy if you ask me. If I hadn't caught it, I probably never would've gotten the full amount back. All that hassle and I don't even have what I originally tried to buy. Ordering from them was a complete waste of my time.

Skip ordering directly from their website because you're actually working with a middleman and their support is terrible. My item took three weeks to ship after I paid for it. While I was waiting, they emailed me about a sale on the same product. I asked if they'd give me the sale price since my order had been sitting there forever, so they sent it that afternoon at the original price I'd already paid. It showed up dirty and damaged with missing samples that were supposed to be included. I spent a week going back and forth with support and they finally said I need to return it, then they'll refund me sometime after they receive it. The return label they gave me is for a different company, not even the right one. After all this I'll have spent five weeks dealing with headaches, have no product, and hopefully get my money back. They never once said sorry for any of it.

The results from this night cream are honestly incredible and show up so fast. It's become my go-to product and smells amazing when you're using it before bed. Plus you only need a tiny bit so it lasts forever. My only real complaint is how much it costs, which is rough on the wallet. I was fortunate to try a larger sample first and while I'm totally hooked on how it works, the price tag feels way too steep for what I can actually spend.
