When I asked what I could do, they gave me four different excuses: they said they couldn't stop a package that hadn't shipped yet, they claimed they couldn't redirect it with the carrier (which is clearly false), they mentioned I could return it for a full refund, and they promised to send a prepaid return label. Guess what? They never sent that label, so I lost over $15. Even after I sent back the product, they didn't credit my account for the full amount they charged. I've sent multiple follow-up messages asking for clarification and requesting a refund, but they won't respond to anything.
Their so-called "Customer Success" team should really be called "Customer Failure" or "We Don't Care" department. I bought their collagen with creatine and it made my coffee taste terrible with a lingering bad aftertaste. When I complained about the product quality, they basically said I'd have to pay to ship it back AND then buy a new order of their collagen with protein (which I'd had good results with before). I asked to speak to a manager and was told by a representative that no supervisors were available. This is pathetic customer service and the only thing they succeeded at was losing me as a customer. Really disappointed.
I wish I had read the negative reviews before buying their magnesium 7 supplement. After taking these pills, I broke out in rashes all over my body. I emailed them asking what exactly is in these products, because honestly I'm not even sure they actually contain magnesium. They got back to me but never answered my question about the ingredients. They just told me to stop taking them and to return the bottle, without considering that I had already thrown away the pills I'd used. I'll never purchase anything from this company again. I'm pretty confident they're filling their products with cheap filler ingredients instead of quality materials.
I placed an order in November that didn't show up until February. The real problem was dealing with the customer service team who kept stringing me along, telling me repeatedly that my package was on the way. They said this to me at least three or four times. It was incredibly frustrating. I managed to reach out to the owner directly and explained what happened. He promised to look into it and make things right, but he never followed up. I don't think he ever intended to. When I messaged him again, he actually blocked me so I couldn't contact him anymore. This whole experience was unprofessional and terrible. Don't order from this company.
Be prepared for a long wait with this company since they use USPS for shipping. I ordered on January 6th and tracked my package as it went from South Carolina through Kansas, New York, St. Louis, St. Paul, Kansas City, and now it's in Amarillo, Texas. I contacted Organixx to point this out and their response was basically that they have no control over the postal service. That's not true at all. They absolutely can control it by choosing a different shipping method. The postal service just isn't dependable anymore.
If you're ordering from Canada, skip this company entirely. The shipping times are incredibly long. It honestly feels like they're mailing packages by hand.
This is some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I bought three packages of their collagen and it simply didn't work. They advertise a 90 day money back guarantee but when I tried to use it, I ran into problems. I had only kept the last pouch with product still in it, but they acted like this was unreasonable. They only refunded one package and I had to pay $18 to ship it back. Then the refund check came made out to the wrong name. I've been waiting over two months for a replacement check and still nothing. Don't waste your effort or cash on this company.
I won't be ordering from this company again. The founder has been consistently rude and harsh to me, acting aggressive every time I interact with him. On top of that, their customer service team is absolutely terrible.
Getting customer service from this company is nearly impossible. I've called during their posted business hours multiple times, only to hear a recording saying their reps are busy and suggesting I try their website or email instead. I've attempted to contact them through their website with no replies. My emails keep bouncing back to me. I've even posted on their Facebook asking for help and they never respond to anything. After years of being a loyal customer, the fact that they won't even try to communicate with me means I'm done buying from them.
Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from this company. The checkout form shows one company name and an address in South Carolina, but my bank flagged a charge from a completely different company name based in Nevada with a different amount than what I paid. Something's off. They claim a one year money back guarantee but only if you have an order number, which I was never sent. I received two emails in my spam folder from different sender addresses. One confirmed my order but included no order number or amount, and the total was higher than what appeared on my screen when I completed the purchase. The second email said my order shipped but had no order number or tracking info either. When my package arrived today, there was no packing slip with an order number. I've replied to both email addresses asking for help and got a generic message about being busy with orders. No proof of purchase, no refund, and lots of red flags. They claim to be BBB accredited but I'm very skeptical of their order process, customer service, and overall professionalism.
