Sorted by: Most recentUPDATE: After going back and forth with their escalation team for a long time, I finally got a refund. The escalation team was actually helpful and responsive to my complaint and provided a real solution. Appreciate that. ORIGINAL: Origins handled this really unprofessionally and it felt kind of fraudulent. I ordered a bundle with seven items. Seven days later I received it but only got four actual products and three ingredient lists instead of the other three items. Called, chatted, emailed. They promised to send a replacement bundle. Five days go by and nothing shipped. Called again and they said it hadn't even been dispatched yet. If I hadn't asked for tracking details they would've just forgotten about it completely and I'd never get the replacement. By taking people's money and not sending products, Origins basically steals from customers. It's fraud and super deceptive. The whole process was unprofessional and unacceptable.
The customer service here is a nightmare. I needed to cancel an order and there's no way to do it through the website. Had to call their support team. Started early in the morning and ended up making four separate calls because each representative would say they'd handle it, then nothing would happen. Nobody seemed to understand why the previous reps didn't actually cancel anything. Just a terrible experience overall. Stay away and protect your wallet.
