The buttons on these shirts are a real problem. A shirt that's just over a year old had 8 buttons fail on me, even though there were replacement buttons sewn into it. When I contacted them about it, they said they don't stock extra buttons and told me to take it to a tailor and submit a claim. Yet they clearly have buttons for brand new shirts.

The quality of these items is really disappointing. You're paying top dollar for stuff that falls apart. Every shirt we've ordered has had major issues. They've sent us so many replacement buttons for the Blanket shirts that they actually ran out of stock. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

I ordered what should have been a full shipment but only got half of it. My receipt says everything arrived, but that's not what happened. Now I'm trying to reach their customer service to either get the missing shirt or my money back. The shirt I did receive is actually great, though - it's a quality cotton button-up with a nice fit. I've bought from them twice before and my first order was complete and good quality, so I ordered two more shirts on sale. If they don't respond soon, I'll have to dispute this with my credit card company.

You're looking at over one hundred dollars just for a pair of shorts here. They claim everything is ethical but they manufacture in China and Mexico, so while no animals are harmed, you have to wonder about the working conditions and whether fair wages are being paid. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Went into their outlet location and saw everything marked down 60 percent, which seemed like an awesome deal. Found a sweatshirt I wanted but my size wasn't there, so I asked the staff about ordering online. They told me the website has the same stuff but at higher prices. Based on that info, I bought a couple items thinking I was getting the better price. When I got home and looked at the website, those exact same things were marked down 64 percent online, and one item on my receipt was labeled final sale, which they never mentioned in the store. They refused to acknowledge they gave me wrong information and didn't help resolve the issue. This company has poor transparency and questionable business practices.

This company doesn't care about their own privacy policy. They completely ignore your preferences and will keep bombarding you with marketing emails even after you've made a purchase and asked them to stop. Seriously, do not hand over your email address or phone number to these people because they'll treat it like something to buy and sell. I'm really disappointed I ever ordered from them and won't be going back.

I submitted a request on their site to have a catalog sent to my address, and instead I just got flooded with promotional emails. When I tried using their feedback form to complain about this, the captcha kept failing so I couldn't even send my message. I haven't experienced their actual products yet, but based on this so far, they really need to learn how to do retail right and what good customer service looks like.

The craftsmanship on these shirts compares favorably to brands like Filson and Pendleton. The Blanket shirt is genuinely excellent. Where they fall short is sizing, because a large feels snug while an extra-large is way too baggy. Shipping took longer than expected, but once you get it, this flannel is incredibly soft and you'll actually want to wear it constantly. The patterns are timeless and great looking. Women always compliment it when I wear it. The price point is steep though, a hundred and forty dollars seems high when it should probably be around ninety. They do have a referral program offering thirty bucks off, but here's the thing, you don't learn about it until you've already told your friends to order and they've bought stuff without using your code. Overall good gear though.
