I'm stuck paying off a payment plan for something I never received, and they keep telling me to wait weeks while the shipping company updates their system. No willingness to work with me on this at all. I've reached out multiple times and they won't escalate or take any real action. Really frustrated with how this was handled.
This is hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. My order showed up damaged and the box was completely soaked. The delivery person sent it back, and I never got my money back. I've been trying to contact them for three months without any real help.
