Very disappointed with how they present their products versus what actually gets delivered. I ordered several items including a set of 10 14-inch lavender paper lanterns that supposedly have wire for clipping battery-operated LEDs onto them. The lights don't clip to the wire at all. I contacted their support and they sent a video as proof, but even in their own demonstration the clip keeps falling off the wire. That's pretty embarrassing. The actual product I received looks completely different from what's shown on their website. The wire attachment point is in a different spot than advertised, making me wonder if they're trying to pass off rejected items that were re-welded. Plus the LED brightness is way dimmer than the photos suggest. I opened and tested the package so I can't return it now, which is frustrating. I'm going to have to find my own solution for my daughter's wedding, but I cannot recommend this company. They're not reliable and you can't trust what they say. I sent an email but haven't heard back yet. Really let down.

Don't buy from here - awful quality. Following my last bad experience, I'm leaving another negative review. The lanterns I got have only lasted about a month. When I barely moved one to switch out the lightbulb, it ripped in two different spots just like that. I tried using one of the smaller ones they sent and the wire literally snapped as soon as I threaded the electric cord through it. Complete waste of money. Honestly not worth trying to get a refund because I know it'll be a nightmare process that takes forever. Steer clear of this company.

Absolutely terrible and unreliable vendor. I placed an order for 3 different lantern styles right before the holidays and they were listed as available. Once I completed my purchase, they emailed saying one style wasn't actually in stock. So I cancelled. A few days later I called to place another order, spent a good chunk of time explaining why a replacement item wouldn't work for my space. We settled on them sending me what they had available and shipping the missing one separately once it came in. I emailed to check on the status and the manager I spoke with earlier completely denied our conversation and even claimed I already received the substitute item, which I absolutely did not. Think about it: would I really take the time to leave a negative review over lanterns that cost just a couple bucks? No. The only reason I'm doing this is because their customer service is shockingly bad and nobody else should trust them. Save yourself the trouble. I wanted a matching set and now I won't get it. This is a poorly run company with zero regard for their customers.

Stay away - total rip-off! I bought 6 different cheap lanterns for my classroom, with three being the same style I needed for a project. The shipping cost me as much as the actual lanterns did. They came in a flimsy envelope with barely any cardboard protection, then they emailed asking why the items were damaged in transit and demanded photos. On top of that, one item was completely missing. They claimed it was sent based on their tracking scan, but it wasn't there. I had to send pictures proving the packaging was damaged, and they refused to replace it, saying I should just bend it back. Later they emailed saying they'd ship the missing piece after basically calling me a liar about a 3 dollar lantern. When I followed up asking when it was coming, they said they'd refunded me and I should place a new order. Here's the problem: when they first said they were sending the replacement, I specifically mentioned I needed it for a fixture I was about to buy, and the person assured me it was being mailed. So I went ahead and ordered the fixture. Now I have a 3-socket fixture and only 2 lanterns, so it doesn't work at all.

Amazing! I ordered somewhere between 30 and 40 paper lanterns for my wedding and was blown away by how affordable the shipping was and how quick everything arrived. The packaging was really solid and protected everything nicely. Our wedding had very specific color requirements and the teal and purple lanterns were exactly the shade we needed, not some off version. Really impressed with the whole experience. I'll absolutely be buying from them again. Five stars!

The quality was spot-on and the colors matched exactly what I was looking for, which mattered a lot to me. Great site for paper lanterns! My fiancee discovered them after seeing all kinds of beautiful lantern photos on Pinterest and thought they'd be perfect for our fall wedding to create that romantic vibe we were going for. We ordered a good variety of different lanterns and they shipped super fast. The quality is excellent and looks even better in person.
