I had an amazing experience with Patrick Ta overall, so I'm surprised by all the negative reviews out there. The main downside is they don't offer fast shipping options. But I have to give major props to Kiana from their customer service team. She responded to multiple emails, offered great suggestions, and was genuinely kind and helpful. She's so knowledgeable and easy to work with that honestly I'd come back just for her. Patrick himself is great too, really fair and understanding. The products are excellent quality. If they just added expedited shipping, this would be perfect.

Horrible customer service and a worse overall experience. Stay away from this company unless you want to lose your money with no resolution. I reached out repeatedly for over a week and got nothing but the runaround. No order, no help, no accountability. These are straight up scammers.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience! Patrick Ta Beauty makes it nearly impossible to get help. They don't offer phone support or live chat, so email is your only option and honestly it's pointless. They claim you'll hear back within 1-2 business days but that's completely false. My response took 6 days to arrive. The tracking number they gave me didn't work at all. I called the shipping company (OnTrac) and found out they never got my package in the first place. I had to contact Patrick Ta again, and after waiting another 6 days, they basically said they know OnTrac has problems but have no idea where my stuff is. I'm disputing this with my credit card company and I've filed complaints with both the FTC and BBB. This company's practices are unfair and dishonest, plain and simple.

Do not buy from here! My order still hasn't arrived and I'm convinced this is a scam. Their customer service keeps stringing me along with no actual fixes or answers. I've been waiting way too long with nothing to show for it. The service is absolutely unacceptable.
