Sorted by: Most recentHonestly, I wish I could give this place zero stars. I had a terrible experience at the Paul Mitchell school location in Chicago when I went in for a simple trim. I specifically asked for just a quarter inch off the ends. When they finished, I was shocked to find way more than three inches of my hair lying on the floor. I actually collected some of the cut hair and saved it because I couldn't believe how much they took off. I cannot recommend going there. Absolutely not worth it.
