The rare times you do connect with someone, they're hostile, defensive, and hang up on you. Getting refunds takes over a month or sometimes doesn't happen at all. If you return something because it doesn't fit right, which you can do within 30 days on regular items, they act like you're asking them for a favor and get angry about it. They even threatened not to refund me once because I was returning clothes that didn't fit and reordering the right size. The quality of their clothing is really nice but the customer service is hands down the absolute worst. You're probably going to end up calling your credit card company to force them to refund you.
I went in with high hopes after spending thousands on a suit, blazer, pants, and some shirts, but the suit had terrible tailoring. When I complained about it, the Assistant General Manager assured me they'd cover the cost of alterations if I took it to a specific tailor right away. I trusted what they said, paid the tailor several hundred dollars to rush the work, and got everything ready for an important event that weekend. Even though Paul Stuart made me a written commitment to pay me back, they're now refusing to do it. It's been really frustrating and disappointing. I believe in honesty and standing by your word in business, and I had hoped they would handle this the right way, but they've lost me as a customer for good. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.
I have never experienced worse customer service anywhere. Just skip this place and shop elsewhere, seriously look at what other customers are saying. They don't reply to questions, there's basically no customer service to speak of, nobody answers the phones, and emails only get responses once a day if you're lucky. For a so-called luxury brand, their service is nowhere near the level it should be. My advice would be completely overhaul the whole operation.
Placed an online order and provided my current address at checkout. When they sent confirmation, I realized they switched it to an old address from years ago. I reached out immediately by email and then called and emailed again once they said it was shipping out. Got no response whatsoever. The package went to the wrong place. My credit card company hasn't been much help either since Paul Stuart keeps saying it was delivered to 'the address provided.' I have copies of all my emails to prove what happened. I'm done shopping here.
Their online ordering system is broken. The people answering the phones are short, disrespectful, and hostile to customers trying to buy expensive luxury products. I won't be ordering online from them again.
The rumors about their customer service are absolutely accurate. This will be my only purchase from them ever. My order never showed up, so I contacted support and they actually started arguing with me instead of helping. When I tried reaching them again, nobody answered. I'm pretty sure they blocked my number at this point. Absolutely ridiculous.

Their clothes are great but the service is absolutely dreadful. You might have better luck at their physical stores, but seriously avoid ordering online from them. I've tried shopping with them 3 or 4 times because I genuinely love the quality, but every time it's been incredibly frustrating and they treat you worse than you'd expect at some random bar, not a luxury fashion brand. They're unresponsive, unreliable, and you really need to be careful not to get ripped off.
