Pedro Reviews

Skip this brand. You're paying way too much money for shoes and sandals that are honestly pretty bad quality. The materials, whether it's the PU or leather, fall apart quickly and start peeling off after just a short time wearing them. This company is part of the Charles and Keith group, and they have the exact same problem with their stuff not holding up. You're basically getting low-grade materials but being charged like it's luxury goods.

Absolutely frustrated with my recent purchase from Pedro Thailand. I ordered something over a month back and still haven't gotten it or heard anything about where it is. I've reached out to their customer support multiple times, but nobody gives me a straight answer about what's going on. For a company that's supposed to be premium and high-end, this is really disappointing. If there were going to be shipping delays, they should have just told me upfront instead of leaving me hanging. Right now I'm just sitting here waiting without my stuff and honestly wondering if it'll ever show up. I was looking forward to better service from Pedro Thailand, but that's not what I got. Can't recommend ordering from them unless you're cool with uncertain delivery times and unhelpful support. This needs to be fixed ASAP!
