Sorted by: Most recentThis is the third time an order went to the wrong address, and customer service has been shocking considering the products are excellent. Sent a gift to my friend using his name but my P.O. Box address. It took forever to fix, multiple phone calls, waiting for it to come back, and getting a credit. Then I had to reorder it and he missed getting it for Christmas. Just recently I placed an order by phone with the right address clearly stated. Got a confirmation and they promised they'd correct the delivery location. But today I found out it was delivered to the wrong address anyway, the one they claimed to have fixed. Their support is terrible, they can't process an order correctly, and they don't offer shipping choices like UPS to your house instead of just mail. I've wasted so much time cleaning up their mistakes.
Sent back an item in perfect condition with tags still attached and never got my refund. They claimed to have received it on 9/11, saying it'd take about 5 days, but here we are on 9/27 with nothing. My emails asking about the status just get ignored. I've been a loyal customer forever and this is disappointing. The returns department seems completely disorganized. Once I finally get my money back, I'll remove this.
I bought what was supposed to be a leather and wool tote, but it showed up as wool and canvas instead. Tried using their online return system but it wouldn't accept my login details. Called customer service two different times to get a return shipping code emailed to me. They mentioned it could take up to 48 hours from UPS to send it. Well, more than 48 hours went by, so I called again, and they said to just wait another 48 hours. I honestly expected better service from Pendleton than this.
Can't get email responses and phone lines won't pick up. Being stuck on hold for over an hour before getting disconnected is unacceptable. Getting ahold of customer service here is basically impossible.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Never received the item despite paying for next-day delivery. Sent them multiple emails and flooded their social media with complaints, and all I got back was a message saying they'd look into it with their warehouse team, then nothing. This was an expensive purchase and it feels like straight up theft. I'm escalating this to get either my item or a prompt full refund. This was supposed to be a birthday gift and now I'm stuck not knowing what'll happen. Will it show up or not? The whole situation is unacceptable and unethical.
I made a purchase and didn't get any notification that it shipped, despite their website saying orders go out within 2 business days. I tried reaching out multiple times via email, their website contact form, and even social media. I even contacted their parent company. Got one response saying they were checking the warehouse, then silence for weeks. Over a month after ordering, they finally told me part of it would ship with the rest following later. Weeks go by and I've only received one item total. This service is absolutely unacceptable. Their communication and response time are dreadful. I paid for items I haven't gotten. I've filed complaints with consumer protection agencies because they're violating consumer rights laws. If you actually want what you pay for, avoid this place.
Picked up a coat and sweater during the black friday sale this year. Both seem well constructed and are a good value. The coat's buttons don't quite line up with my frame perfectly, but that's more my hourglass shape issue. Honestly would've liked to try the coat on first. I was looking at an alternative wool brand but their finishing looked cheaper to me. This one's finishing is really nice, the buttons feel quality, and the fabric has a good weight. Overall satisfied.
Got several pairs of trousers and a sweater that shipped out and arrived in under two weeks. The trousers are domestically made, fit great, and the material is solid quality. The sweater's from overseas production, but that's fine. I did notice some of the stitching wasn't perfect, nothing that looks like it'll fall apart anytime soon though. I'd still recommend them.
