What Shoppers Say About perkclothing.com
Perk Clothing has received overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with 1.6 out of 5 stars based on 16 reviews. The most consistent complaint centers on customer service: the company lacks a functional phone line, relies solely on email support that frequently goes unanswered, and responds slowly to inquiries. Shoppers report extended delays in refund processing (weeks after delivery confirmation), issues with order accuracy (wrong sizes sent, incomplete orders), sizing that runs smaller than expected, and difficulty initiating or completing returns.
While a small percentage of shoppers gave positive ratings, the dominant pattern across reviews is frustration with unresponsive support, fulfillment problems, and poor return experiences. Multiple customers described their encounters as among the worst they have experienced. Recurring issues include broken tracking information from the shipping partner, generic template responses from support staff, and cases where return windows closed before the company responded to initial requests.

Sorted by: Most recentTerrible customer service across the board. Skip this company entirely. They hired some low quality shipping company that doesn't show tracking properly on their website. My package ended up at the wrong location, and when I discovered Perk has no phone number, I tried emailing three times with no reply.
Had to email Perk multiple times since they don't have a phone line for support. Eventually got my return sorted for the pants sent by mistake. I only got two of three pairs in my order, and both were slim fit even though that wasn't what I picked. Got a message saying the third pair is out of stock. Asked for a shipping label to send back the slim fit pants and requested a full refund. Their motto says '100% Happiness Guaranteed' but honestly, don't count on it.
Started a return on the twenty-sixth and verified through the postal service that my package was delivered. Still no refund and nobody will get back to my messages even though nearly a month has passed.
Hands down the worst customer experience ever. They ignore your emails unless you respond to a sales pitch, then suddenly they get back to you after a week. By that point my return window had already closed. I emailed the day I got my package and tried calling, but it's just automated music trying to sell you stuff, no actual person picks up. Felt totally scammed by their marketing.
Ordered what I normally wear, but the fit was way smaller than expected. Bumped up a size and the thighs were still uncomfortably snug, which is a real issue since I run regularly. Went to get another exchange and they shut me down. Now I'm stuck with multiple pairs of expensive pants I can't actually wear. Pretty annoyed about this whole situation.
Been a loyal customer for a while, but my recent order was a total mess. The customer service team, or whatever they call themselves, moves at a snail's pace. All I got back was a generic template email that didn't help at all.
Never received my order that I placed and still haven't gotten any help from customer support at all. No communication whatsoever.
These are basically upscale golf pants with a fancy price attached. I really loved the khaki pair I got, so I grabbed a second one. Then I thought I should add blue, black, and charcoal to the mix. Here's where it gets weird: identical sizes fit completely different depending on the color. The khaki worked perfectly for me, but the blue, black, and charcoal all had major fit problems. Every single pair is a 35 waist and 32 length. I'm 6 feet tall, 220 pounds with an athletic frame, and normally wear a 34 waist. The khaki 35 was spot on without being tight through the thighs and calves. But the blue ones? Super tight, and I ordered two pairs thinking one might work. Then the black and charcoal I bought a month before that? Way too loose. For what you're paying, I can't justify having pants sitting in my closet that I'll never actually wear.
Sent back two pairs of chinos because they didn't fit right and looked nothing like the pictures. I can prove the package got there three days after I shipped it. Still no acknowledgment of the return or my money back, and it's been over a month. I've been emailing back and forth, but it's like talking to a wall. The company is a mess, unresponsive, and rude on top of it. The clothing itself was flimsy and sizes were way off from what they showed. I'm going to make sure everyone I know understands to stay away from this place.
