The two arrangements I got weren't realistic at all. Returning them cost me over a fifth of what I originally paid. Never going back. Should've spent more time looking at customer reviews before I ordered.
Can't rely on this place when you need gifts on time. I placed an order for flower arrangements on March 5th for a couple of birthdays. One showed up fine, but the other still hadn't shipped by March 13th, and they said it would go out the following week. Both had personalized notes included, so they should've known timing mattered. These days when Amazon gets stuff to you in two days, waiting 5-10 business days feels crazy. Their customer support wasn't helpful either when I reached out. The rep just shrugged about the late delivery and didn't suggest anything to speed things along. Bottom line: expect slow shipping and customer service that won't go the extra mile.
Their customer service is awful. They have an attitude problem and blamed me for not knowing about their different policies between phone and online orders. Super defensive with customers. Honestly one star is still being generous.
The quality and craftsmanship were really poor, especially on the Papyrus Grass item. I wouldn't put this on display anywhere. The box itself looked like it had been sent back and reshipped multiple times. I bought from them years ago and it was much better quality then. Something changed. Won't be ordering from them again.

I tried spraying it with silk flower treatment to see if that would help, but nothing worked. Eventually the smell faded, though it took forever. Wish I had just sent it back rather than dealing with that.
Used to love shopping here and it was always great. Ordered some flowers, pebbles, and a vase on 4/29 and they didn't mail it out until 5/7. I called twice asking if it would make it by Mother's Day. It won't. They clearly don't care about getting things to you for important occasions and they don't even have expedited shipping as an option. Won't be back.
The fake flower arrangements are actually pretty impressive and look really lifelike compared to other options out there. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. It's not just what they say, it's how they say it. The shipping fees are ridiculously high too. And they need to work on getting orders right.
