I have the full lineup of Petlibro pet gear. My cats are obsessed with the water fountain and I'm a huge fan of the food feeders. They're all working perfectly and are simple to clean. Just added the new Luma litter box and it's become pretty entertaining to watch the cats use it on video! But hands down the best thing about Petlibro is their support crew. They've been incredible answering all my questions about getting my cats comfortable with the new box, always friendly and with a bit of humor mixed in, but genuinely helpful. Honestly the best customer support I've ever dealt with. They deserve more than five stars. Definitely worth checking out!

I own a couple of different Petlibro items. My first one was a feeder with built-in camera functionality. Both the feeder itself and the camera work perfectly without any hiccups. The second piece I got was their water fountain, and it's been just as reliable. Zero problems with either device. The biggest benefit is that these products let me take longer trips away without worrying about feeding and watering my pets while I'm gone.

I bought the Dockstream 2 as an upgrade to my older model from last year, mainly because of the dual rechargeable battery and plug-in options plus the better app. It didn't work out the way I hoped, but the help I got from their support team was outstanding and they made sure to fix things.

Amazing product and even more amazing support team. My cats absolutely love it. Ordering was smooth, shipping was fast, and getting it set up took no time at all. We wanted a better way to schedule meals and our sitter wasn't going to be available during the normal feeding time while we're on vacation, so this has been perfect for keeping our cats' routine as normal as possible. Unfortunately the box arrived with some damage to the lid, and it wasn't attached the right way. We contacted support on Thanksgiving eve (of all times!) and they jumped right on it, sending a replacement lid. When we opened everything up, we noticed the food container was twisted on weird and wouldn't come off for setup. We reached out again and they sent us a completely new unit no questions asked. The whole team was so considerate and quick to help, and we felt like they really understood what we needed and made it right. Setup was straightforward after that. Just remember to download the app and make your account first!
