Unfortunately, two pages ended up stuck together, which damaged them when they opened the book. I contacted them through live chat and they didn't waste any time - they offered to reprint it and ship it to my cousin at no charge to me. I didn't even have to ask! The order went straight into production right there while I was chatting with them, and the replacement copy arrived quickly. My cousin was blown away by the company and so was I.
