I ordered on December 20th and paid $9.21 for USPS Priority 2 day shipping, which is exactly what their site advertised. But my package took 12 days to arrive and wasn't sent through USPS Priority at all. It came through DHL ground shipping instead. I reached out twice about this and both times got the exact same scripted response saying shipping times are just estimates and they can't control what happens after handing off to their carriers. But they charged me nearly $10 for a service they didn't actually provide, and neither agent offered to refund me. Returning the order would cost another $10 in shipping so I'd just lose money. I'm posting this review everywhere I can to warn other people about their deceptive practices. I told them they shouldn't advertise a service they can't guarantee and then charge for it, but both reps ignored my feedback. I won't do business with them ever again and neither should you.
I've been getting Pipsticks pretty regularly throughout 2023, and the 80's collection was definitely the best one. But lately a huge chunk of what they send is just sheets of the same theme, and tons of the designs are so tiny they're basically unusable! I cancelled way back in May. Then two weeks ago, out of nowhere, I got charged $17.97 for a subscription I never asked for. I emailed and the rep insisted I had placed the order, but I know I didn't. Since it was Halloween stickers, I figured why not and went with it. I was hoping for glow in the dark ghosts, big spooky houses, pumpkins, black cats, vampires, that kind of thing. Instead the pack was totally disappointing. Barely any good Halloween stuff, mostly just witches and potion themes, just one small sheet of haunted houses that were tiny, no pumpkins anywhere, nothing glow in the dark, no vampires, and the few ghost stickers were lined up so small they'd work as mail art at best. And of all things, they included a whole ouija board sheet. The big postcard they sent was also a giant ouija board. I'm not comfortable with that stuff at all, and I definitely wouldn't use those stickers or mail that card out. I'm really upset with this entire pack.
Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I had to constantly push just to get someone to respond about my missing stickers, and when they finally did, they told me to email someone else in the company instead of just handling it themselves. This company is completely disorganized. I placed my order in late March and it's now May and I still haven't gotten anything.
I really wanted to love this company, but things have gone poorly. Customer service basically doesn't exist. Only one item from my order shipped and it's been sitting in transit for two weeks, and it's just stickers. The rest hasn't even shipped yet. If you're going to take over a month to pack and send out orders, you should be upfront about that on your site. I'm really doubtful the rest will ever arrive. I'd definitely tell my past self to go with a different company.
Their customer support is painfully slow. You'll be waiting weeks for them to respond, and sometimes over a month before items actually ship, if they even do at all. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. It's just not worth your time.
I wish I could tell you about the actual product, but my order never showed up even after nearly 4 weeks went by. They gave me a tracking number that turned out to be invalid. I tried reaching out through email twice, plus I sent messages and comments on Instagram, but nothing. Complete silence from their team.
