What Shoppers Say About Pixiemarket
Pixiemarket shoppers are deeply divided in their opinions. On the positive side, customers praise the clothing selection and consistently highlight exceptional customer service experiences, with team members like Serena and Jessica going above and beyond to resolve issues, arrange returns, and provide emotional support. However, a significant portion of reviewers report serious problems including inconsistent sizing across styles, quality concerns that don't match the price point, order fulfillment errors (wrong items shipped), and disputes over return conditions and shipping costs. Some customers feel customer service responses have been dismissive or intimidating rather than helpful, particularly when issues involve higher-priced items.
The rating distribution reveals a polarized customer base with 40 percent giving five stars and 40 percent giving one star, suggesting that experiences vary dramatically depending on factors like product category, individual customer service interactions, and how returns are handled. While strong customer service has earned loyalty from some shoppers, quality inconsistencies and order accuracy issues appear to be preventing broader satisfaction.

Sorted by: Most recentGot my shirt and bustier top today and I'm so happy with both pieces! Delivery was super quick too.
The chain pullover is trendy and edgy just like the pictures showed. The downside is the fabric composition appears to be really poor quality since it sheds constantly. I've tried everything to stop it but it keeps coming off and already looks worn and tired.
Wasn't familiar with this company but decided to take a shot ordering a skirt. It showed up in Ireland the Monday after I placed my order on Friday. The quality blew me away and the fit was perfect. Way exceeded what I was expecting. Thrilled with it and will definitely be ordering from them in the future.
Over the past 6 months I've bought several pieces from Pixie Market and every shopping experience has gone smoothly. Returned an item that didn't fit early on and the process was hassle-free. Their private label pieces are fantastic quality. Got an eco-friendly dress that gets me compliments all the time. Already planning my next order.
Frustrated that I had to spend 15 to 20 dollars on fedex shipping to send back to Miami. The dress arrived with no size tag attached, so there's no way to know the actual size or fabric content. The material felt cheap and poorly constructed, and it didn't fit properly. Too much hassle dealing with returns here. Don't bother placing an order unless you're prepared to spend extra time and money shipping things back. Waiting to hear if I'll even get refunded. Never again.
The items are actually really cute and have that edgy, upscale vibe going for them. BUT I ordered a size small blazer and it was too loose, so I returned it right away without any issues. They rejected the return claiming it had a strong perfume smell on it. I explained I just tried it on once and sent it back the next day immediately. I don't even wear perfume due to allergies. No phone support either, just email. Lost 240 dollars on this and feel completely taken advantage of. Will never shop here again and would caution others before ordering from Pixie Market.
Had an awful experience here. Ordered a coat and after waiting 10 days they told me they couldn't complete the delivery. They refunded the item itself but kept the shipping charge even though nothing was actually delivered. That doesn't add up and feels like they're running some kind of scam.
Go here if you're looking for elegant clothing pieces. If upscale style is your thing, this is exactly where you need to shop to find quality items.
The shirt I got runs pretty small. Would've been better off ordering a medium instead of small. Not ideal.
