Should have just bought from Amazon instead of ordering directly. Bought a Polaroid printer and found out they're based overseas even though they advertise a local address. The service is honestly appalling. Nobody told me about import duties and the order was coming from overseas. The website says Polaroid UK but clearly that's not where they actually operate from. I've emailed them countless times and all they say is there's nothing they can do. I ordered this in early January and I still haven't received it even though the courier keeps emailing saying it's out for delivery every single day. They really need to be more upfront about duties and additional costs on their website. I won't order from them again.
