This is the worst company I've dealt with over many years. I placed an order and weeks later got a voicemail to call back. After two attempts and waiting almost 30 minutes on hold, they said my order was cancelled due to a wrong order number and couldn't be reordered because the item got discontinued five days earlier. Won't be doing business with them again.
Nothing positive about my experience here whatsoever. Getting customer service took forever, then they put me on hold again. I ordered gifts for Mother's Day three weeks in advance, only to find out a week before that my order wasn't even processed and items weren't in stock. Zero communication from the company. A $200 order that never showed up in time. I had to cancel and go elsewhere, paying double for rush shipping just to save Mother's Day. Still waiting to see if I get my refund back. Save yourself the stress and shop somewhere else.
This is unbelievable. Our church ordered items for both Mother's and Father's Day back in early April. I've been checking the order status online and it says still processing. A week away from the May 7th deadline with everything supposedly in stock, and they even offered church billing. Called today to find out the order was cancelled without warning. How is that possible when it still shows as processing? They claim they tried reaching me by email and phone but I check my email daily and received nothing. Then they told me the items are suddenly out of stock. The service and support are absolutely inexcusable. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Terrible from beginning to end. As a volunteer coordinator, I placed an order in early March. I was never told that one of my paid items wouldn't be available. My sales rep stopped responding to my calls and emails even though they owed me something I already paid for. Only after multiple calls and complaining about lack of communication did I finally get someone else to help. Now I'm waiting to see if the replacement item ever shows up. Be careful with this company.
Don't use this company. I ordered customized coolers and personalized mugs in November for an office holiday party. It took two weeks just to confirm my order. The coolers arrived but the quality was so bad I was embarrassed to hand them out. For the mugs, I got an email approval request a week before the event. I responded immediately approving it and mentioned I needed them by the 17th. The day before my party, there's nothing. I check online and it still says waiting for approval. Why send an approval email if you're not tracking it? They just delivered the mugs on the 22nd, after my party was over and nearly a week after I approved everything. Awful quality and terrible service.
This was a terrible ordeal. We placed a company order promising 7-10 business day delivery. Then we got a call saying it would arrive on a different date. When we checked days later, we were told yet another date. These were employee appreciation gifts that needed to be handed out on a specific date. We paid in full upfront as required. The disappointment was extreme when nothing arrived on time.
