What Shoppers Say About primallifeorganics.com
Primal Life Organics receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with 15 reviews averaging 1.7 out of 5. The most consistent complaints center on poor customer service, misleading product information, and order fulfillment problems. Customers report unresolved issues with incomplete shipments, missing items, tamper-evident seal concerns, and significantly delayed delivery (particularly to the UK). Several reviewers express frustration with the company's lack of transparency regarding product testing and safety, as well as confusing or problematic checkout practices. A small minority of shoppers (13 percent) rate the company favorably, citing product quality, though this positive feedback is vastly outweighed by dissatisfaction.
Additional concerns raised include deceptive product descriptions (such as plastic toothbrushes marketed as bamboo), unresponsive management when quality or safety issues are reported, misleading promotional offers and shipping charges, and generic automated customer service responses that fail to resolve problems. The pattern of complaints suggests systemic issues with order accuracy, international logistics partnerships, and customer care responsiveness rather than isolated incidents.

Sorted by: Most recentTheir products are great, but the customer service is absolutely terrible and the company lacks integrity. They didn't honor a buy one get one promotion, and their checkout process is confusing, almost like it's intentionally designed that way. They charged me extra for shipping when the previous page said it would be free. When I complained, they claimed they only offer free shipping on orders over $99. I just wanted them to refund the $6.50 they overcharged, which should have been no problem at all. If they'd done that, I might have kept supporting them. But finding a different company is looking pretty good right now. I also suspect they overcharged me on my card but figured there's no point fighting it since they'll probably refuse anyway. A decent company would handle a simple $5 to $20 refund without drama, but not this one. I used to really trust their products and brand, but that's totally changed.
I requested information about lead and arsenic testing in their products and they told me that was proprietary information. Like heavy metals are some kind of secret ingredient. That's really sketchy. The rep also said ionic lead isn't absorbed by your body so there's nothing to worry about. If you search that online, you'll see they're completely wrong. I eventually found independent testing that showed their kids products contain over 7,000 parts per billion of lead. This is serious stuff and the company clearly doesn't care about being honest or the fact that they might be harming people.
Ordering from the UK was a nightmare I'd avoid. My first shipment took forever, and after checking the tracking I realized it wasn't moving at all. They work with APC Logistics for UK orders, and that courier is notorious for slow handling and basically no customer support. After contacting them multiple times, I kept getting generic automated emails telling me to be patient because of the holidays or whatever. I reached out directly through their site and still got no real explanation or apology, just a resent of the same order. Sure, the holidays happened during that time, but getting a package 47 days later is unacceptable. The items themselves are fine, and I didn't have issues with a previous order from a year back, but it's clear the company has gotten worse. I'm looking into UK alternatives now.
Had some real problems with my orders not being completed correctly. On my first order, they only shipped part of what I bought and left out another item. I had to reach out to get them to send the missing thing. Then with my second order from late 2025, they didn't ship anything for 10 days. When I contacted customer service, they finally sent the toothpaste but didn't mention that the tongue scraper was out of stock. Only after I asked about it did they tell me it wasn't available. I'm confused whether it was already sold out when I placed my order weeks earlier or if they just messed up the fulfillment. The whole experience was frustrating and I won't be ordering from them again. Oh, and they send way too many promotional emails. I do like some of their products like the gum drops, tooth powder, and toothpaste, but dealing with all the back and forth just to get my full order is not worth it.
Got a package of Dirty Mouth Gum Drops that had the tamper seal missing and the expiration dates didn't match between the box and the bottle. I called the company and nobody would do anything about it. I asked to speak with management and got an email back from someone there who just said they couldn't help, wouldn't confirm if it was safe to use, and offered no refund or replacement. The lot numbers and expiration dates were off by a full year too. The bottle said it expires in 2026 but the box said 2027, which means you're basically paying for a product that's already closer to expiration than advertised. They seem shady and careless with their mistakes, which is concerning when it comes to products you're putting in your body. Won't use them again.
My electric toothbrush broke almost immediately. The company sells what they call a bamboo toothbrush but it's actually plastic. If you examine the button design carefully, you can find this exact same product sold under different brand names all over the internet. It seems like they just slap their label on a cheap product and mark it up insanely high, maybe 500 percent more than what they actually paid for it. I spent a lot of money on this thing and it quit working within 2 days. They did send a replacement, but 6 months later that one died too. They won't refund me because their warranty only covers 30 days. This company is part of the bigger problem where profit matters way more than anything else, including taking care of our planet. All this single-use plastic and rechargeable batteries end up in landfills, and they're totally fine continuing that destructive cycle. I had a Phillips Sonicare Diamond Clean before I fell for their marketing hype, and that one lasted 8 years without issues. Really disappointing.
Received faulty brush heads and when I complained about the bad batch they had sent me, they flat out refused to replace them with working ones! I sent them an email with screenshots of the defective product and asked if this is really who they want to be. I was looking for a reliable brush company I could trust and ended up recommending them to friends, only to get treated horribly. Their customer service was awful and really let me down.
The actual products are decent, but the pricing is pretty steep. What really bothered me though was how difficult it was to cancel my auto-renewals. I had to make multiple phone calls and use their chat multiple times before I finally got it sorted out. It shouldn't be that complicated. You'd think they'd let you cancel subscriptions right on the website instead of just letting you postpone them.
The cost is way too high. It had been a while since I needed their stuff so I went back to check on reordering. I couldn't believe how much the prices had jumped up, way more than what inflation should account for. Too bad, honestly. When they were still a small business I felt good supporting them and their stuff actually worked well for me.
Total waste of money on plastic garbage that doesn't last. I bought their LED teeth whitening device for several hundred bucks and all the LED lights stopped working after a few months. They shipped me a replacement but that one also broke within a few months, and I barely used them maybe 3 to 5 times each. Money completely wasted. More junk in landfills. The company has to know they're selling useless plastic garbage for ridiculously high prices. I submitted a negative review on their site but it never appeared. Only the positive ones show up. Really shameful.
