Had to order from the US since Australian stock was gone. Got a two-piece set with shirred shorts and top in 50% cotton for $72 after shipping and discounts. The quality feels exactly like budget brand stuff, scratchy and uncomfortable. The shorts fit poorly, crotch doesn't line up right, waist sits weird. For this price I'd expect better construction. My second item, some pants ordered from overseas for $100 after shipping and discount, looks cheap and feels terrible. Again the crotch seam is too short, making it impossible to bend or sit. These won't last more than a few washes before falling apart. I'll be reselling both items with tags on a secondhand app. The return process is a disaster and you lose so much money trying to send things back that it's not even worth it. Quality is just throw-away fashion at premium prices. If you want poorly fitted shorts with cheap fabric, shop elsewhere. The models in the ads are so thin they make fitted styles look loose, so you think you're getting relaxed fit and you're not. Returns and exchanges cost too much to even attempt.

I don't usually shop here since the brand just doesn't appeal to me stylistically, but I made an exception for a gift someone specifically asked for. Ordered on November 30th hoping it would arrive by Christmas. We're now past mid-December with no delivery in sight. The package was supposedly shipping from California to Seattle, which shouldn't be complicated, but somehow it bounced around California first, went up to Seattle, then inexplicably got rerouted to Texas where it's been stuck for days. When I contacted support, they basically said carrier issues happen and it's out of their hands. That's not an acceptable answer. Standard shipping from California to Seattle via major carriers never takes three weeks. Apparently they routed it through an international carrier first before handing it to USPS, but I've received packages from overseas countries faster than this. Bottom line, this company doesn't take responsibility for making sure orders get delivered on time. Their accountability is basically zero.
