I've been looking for a heated blanket throw that actually warms you up, and this one is it. Super warm and really soft too! It arrived on the day the cold weather finally hit. Couldn't have had better timing!

Total ripoff! They advertise this free filter deal with purchase, so I sent in my proof online like they said. After waiting two weeks with nothing, I called to check on it. They told me to email the receipt again because they claim it got lost in their system, so I did. Then when I followed up, they said they never got that one either and tried to tell me it was my email problem. Unbelievable. Called back multiple times and got different reps who had no idea what I was talking about. This happened not just once but twice with different people and different addresses. Why do companies even bother doing this?
