The biggest issue we had was getting the product sent back. The entire return experience was incredibly frustrating and took way too long. On the 30th, I phoned customer service twice but both calls just cut out without any explanation or message. My third attempt connected me with someone hard to understand who kept trying to convince me to keep the product and buy additional items. On the 30th I also emailed asking about a lower refund amount. For several days I kept requesting they send a return label through email, checking my inbox, spam, and junk folders with no luck. Then I emailed again asking them to send it to both my email and my husband's. It wasn't until the 17th that I finally received it. I seriously started thinking they were delaying the label on purpose so I'd miss the return deadline.

I've been a customer of purity products for about 25 years now. Like any company, they've had ups and downs, especially around cancellations, but I've never had serious trouble getting mine processed. Their joint support formulas have been fantastic for me, particularly the ones for joints and shin health. Their customer support team has always treated me well.

I had about $45 in points sitting there that I wanted to put toward a multivitamin. When I asked about it, an agent initially said he could get me two bottles for roughly $10 each. Then he asked for my credit card details. I explained that I wanted to use my points for a $20 product, and he said that wasn't possible. He claimed that using points for a single purchase would actually cost me $39.95. These people are running some kind of scam. I went ahead and ordered at the higher price just to use my points. BUT I will never be back.

It's incredibly simple to sign up for a SuperSaver subscription on their website, but good luck trying to cancel it. Their website won't let you cancel at all, only change how often items are sent or how many you want. I tried emailing customer service with a straightforward cancellation request and they told me it has to be done over the phone. When I called, they made me explain why I was canceling, gave me a whole pitch about why the products are great, questioned my reason again, and then offered me a special deal on something else before finally canceling me. The whole thing feels intentionally designed to make cancellation as annoying as possible so people just give up. And nowhere during sign up does it mention that you can't cancel online. Before you subscribe, understand what you're getting into.

I needed to cancel my three supersaver subscriptions, so I called their customer service line. They passed me around to four different representatives. The final one told me to hang up and call back when my VIP rep would be available. All I wanted to do was stop these recurring orders. There's no way to handle this on their website, so I shouldn't have to navigate this much hassle just to cancel. Why make something so simple into such a complicated process?

This company is way too aggressive. After I paid a shipping fee on a free item, they automatically enrolled me in subscriptions I specifically said no to. They kept pushing this program they call 'taste of savings' and promised I'd get an email confirming my free 30 day trial. Never got that email, but my card was charged $29.95 after two weeks. I called to complain and they claimed only the shipping for the free product went through. I contacted the program directly and they said they'd reverse the charge. Still waiting to see if that actually happens.

What I found confirms this company operates unethically, stuffs orders with unwanted items, and their customer service team is sketchy at best. I'm grateful for everyone here who's been honest about what happened to them. Together we can make better choices instead of supporting this kind of widespread dishonesty.

False advertising is their game. Their stain remover for clothes doesn't work on armpit stains at all. I left it on for 12 hours and saw zero results. Complete and total waste of money.
