After reading all those terrible reviews I thought it was a scam, but turns out it's not. I called them up and they picked up right away. My purse showed up in about 5 days. It's really well made and I'm super happy with it.

This company is a nightmare! They claim to care about customer service but the second you try to return something there's zero help. Spent $103.79 on a poor quality clothing item and wanted to send it back. They refunded me only $75. Seriously. They kept $28.79 as some kind of convenience fee. Skip this company altogether.

Ordered a pair of boots over a month ago and never got them because the order was canceled without any notification. Didn't really mind about the cancellation until my bank alerted me that they'd set up a recurring charge on my account for $21.35 without permission. So I'm stuck without the boots but with monthly charges. I managed to stop the recurring billing but this taught me to stay away from this company completely.

Ordered over $500 worth of items a few days back and haven't gotten any confirmation email or text message about the purchase, yet my card was definitely charged. Tried to look up my order on their website but it's completely broken (seems intentional honestly). Still waiting on my items. Looks like I'll need to contact my bank to reverse the charge because this feels like a straight up scam. Don't trust this place. They're not running a legitimate operation.

From what I'm seeing in the reviews and my own experience, this company is poorly managed. Do they even have an actual office with management or is it all just sales focused? You need both to run a business properly. I ordered a coat my wife saw in the catalog that I also liked. Turned out I grabbed the wrong size. Within 13 minutes of getting my order confirmation, I emailed customer service asking to change the size and asked for email confirmation. Days went by with no response, which was disappointing. I tried again but this time I said if I don't hear back within two days I'm canceling and putting a hold on my credit card. That deadline came and went so I followed through. Does this company even have customer service? I seriously doubt it.

This place is garbage. They won't take debit or gift card payments properly. They just hold your money and even after you provide more details, you keep getting the same automated response with nothing actually fixed. This site is a mess. It's like they don't want your business. Whatever you do, don't try using a prepaid debit card here.

Called to use a gift card and got transferred to about 10 different people within an hour. Not a single one of them knew how to process an order with a gift card as payment. Totally ridiculous.

Really surprised by how low the rating is because I've had fantastic experiences. Ordered many times over the years and aside from one dress that fit a bit off, everything's been perfect. The styles are amazing, the fit works for me especially in goddess sizes, and when I do return things they refund me quickly and easily. Absolutely love shopping there. My most recent order last November with boots, a dress, and a vestment was great.
