Not worth dealing with them. Their sizing isn't consistent and getting a return processed is a nightmare. Their website is ancient and it takes forever to get money back. You might even get short changed on the refund amount or sales tax. Won't be ordering from them again.

Wish I'd read the reviews before placing an order. I bought from them ages ago and was happy back then. Just ordered two items that didn't fit right so I sent them back. After tracking the return and waiting a month, I got my refund but they deducted $28.47 from my $157.77 purchase. I will absolutely never shop there again. Would give them zero stars if I could.

Been ordering from them for more than 10 years without a single problem. My orders always showed up right and on schedule. The merchandise quality was excellent. Seeing all this recent bad feedback is honestly depressing. Everything I've purchased from them has been great.

Never ran into any issues with this company. Orders always arrived correct and on time. Really loved the stuff I got. It's unfortunate that there's been so much negativity popping up lately. I've been ordering for over a decade and was always satisfied.

Total disappointment with this company. Ordered 6 days ago and haven't gotten any updates or shipping info from them. Called twice and both times was told it's shipping out that very day. Today someone gave me a tracking number saying it's going FedEx but the number doesn't work. Now I'm wondering if my order will ever arrive.

Yeah some of their stuff looks decent, but their customer service people will make you regret ever ordering. I'd honestly rather have a painful dental procedure without numbing than deal with them again. Returned some items that weren't what they were advertised as. Still haven't gotten a refund and it's been over a month now. They also charged me twice for the same item that I returned and had resent. Got hit with a Triple Pyramid fee that I never agreed to. Next time their catalog arrives I'm taking off the cover and shredding the rest before mailing it back in an envelope. I'm done. My bank's fraud department is handling this now.

I do like most of what I've ordered, but the customer service has been absolutely terrible. Tried to cancel my order before it shipped using their website contact form. Did it three separate times. After the first one, got an email saying the order was being shipped with a tracking number. The tracking only showed a label was created so the package was still there. Went back to their site and sent another cancel request emphasizing that I'd already tried once. Got hit with an email saying my order was on its way. So basically they ignored all my requests. Finally called them. After submitting a third cancel request online plus asking for a return label, I spoke with an employee. She kept insisting I had to pay to return it. That's not how it works. I cancelled and they shipped anyway. The return is their problem. When I suggested maybe they'd just credit my card and I could dispose of it, she acted like that was a great idea. That's not a solution. She also said I should have just called instead of using their website form. That's backwards. Got cut off mid-complaint.

The items I bought were fantastic. Got a gorgeous shirt, dress, and boots that I absolutely love. I've had them for 7 years now and they're holding up perfectly. Never been charged anything extra, the dress quality is amazing, and the top and boots are still going strong after all this time. Makes me wonder if they switched owners at some point since they seem to have issues now.

These reviews are making me really worried. I'm definitely not getting their VIP membership. Never ordered from them before but I get their catalogs. I ordered a skirt that's on both their website and in the catalog. Two weeks after I ordered, they canceled it saying the item wasn't available anymore. When I checked my account two days after that cancellation email, the $111 was still showing as pending. This has me very concerned. I've called three times in a week. The last rep said I'd get a refund within 48 to 76 hours. It's been 76 hours and I can't access my money. On my phone now for the fourth time and got transferred to someone handling credit card orders but I've been on hold for 15 minutes already. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever see that refund.

Got two $100 gift cards for my spouse as presents but they won't accept them. You can't use multiple gift cards on one order because they want that shipping money. And they don't honor remaining balances on gift cards. So if you have a $100 card and spend $49, you just lose the leftover $51.
