I'm convinced they're gaming their response times so they look better than they actually are. It's been a week since I first emailed and I'm no closer to knowing where my ring is! It's infuriating when companies take your payment but can't deliver the product or service. I run my own business and understand how critical customer service is - it's literally the foundation of everything. If you don't nail that, nobody comes back, which is what every business needs!

The prices are misleading, the product quality is disappointing, and the look isn't impressive. Customer support is unhelpful too. I got a promotional price but they charged full price at checkout.
