What Shoppers Say About QALO
Created with AI, based on recent reviews
QALO smart rings receive polarized reviews, with shoppers either strongly satisfied or deeply frustrated. The small percentage of positive reviews praise the rings for sleep tracking and cycle monitoring functionality. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews cite severe product reliability issues, with rings failing within weeks to months of purchase, and equally troubling customer service problems including unresponsive support staff, lack of phone contact options, slow email response times, no refunds or replacements processed, and general communication failures.
Recurring complaints center on three core issues: hardware failures that occur well before reasonable product lifespan expectations, inadequate customer service infrastructure that makes it nearly impossible to reach the company or resolve problems, and what shoppers describe as complete abandonment after purchase. Multiple reviewers report sending multiple support emails with no responses, while others note that promised reply timelines (such as three days) go unmet. The lack of accessible customer service channels combined with product defects creates a situation where shoppers feel trapped with non-functional rings and no recourse.

This brand is fantastic! The rings are super comfy, last forever, and look amazing. I feel totally confident wearing QALO while staying active since I don't have to stress about damaging my actual wedding rings. Plus my husband, who works in a high-risk profession, feels much safer not wearing metal bands at the job site. It's his only choice for a wedding ring now lol. I'm always telling my loved ones how great these rings are!
