Sorted by: Most recentThis company is a disaster. I bought something on October 31st and paid extra for expedited USPS shipping because it absolutely had to arrive by November 8th at a hotel. Processing took five full business days and it didn't ship until November 6th. USPS then forwarded my package to the wrong address which set me back another day. When my relative was supposed to pick it up on November 9th, the staff at the hotel accepted it even though they were told to refuse it. Now it's stuck at the hotel and I can't get it back or refunded. I called their customer service multiple times during the processing week to emphasize how important the timeline was, but all I got were generic copy-paste responses saying they couldn't prioritize or cancel orders. If they'd actually processed my order when they should have, none of this would have happened
Unbelievably bad customer service experience. I had an order with three free items included but then when the weekend discount got applied at the very end it converted those free items to paid items and bumped my total up by half. I got on their live chat right away within ten minutes and they told me the order was already being picked so there was nothing they could do about it. The person helping me was short and rude about the whole thing. Now I'm waiting to find out if I get refunded and whether they'll send the order back or what. I'm not confident this will work out
Skip it. Seems like their whole business model is booking tons of pickups in one day and then only showing up for the ones they feel like. That explains why so many people have reviews about them just not showing up. That's exactly what happened to us. No call, no email, they just never appeared
Honestly deserves zero stars. Been waiting on my order for three weeks now. Normally stuff gets to me in four to six days. I reached out to their customer service team and got absolutely nothing helpful back
The stuff they sell works fine and their service is okay overall. Planning to order from them again soon, hopefully things go even smoother the next round
Awful experience. Put in an order on December 10th and still waiting for my items on the 23rd. Tried reaching out to them twice via customer service email. All I got back was a standard automated reply saying someone would respond within 24 hours. Spoiler alert, nobody did
Absolutely terrible experience, especially if you're buying from outside the US. Their customer service is basically non-existent. I submitted an order back in late November and by late December it still wasn't even shipped. Nobody bothered reaching out to me. When I finally called them myself, turns out my order got flagged for fraud despite them already cashing my payment when I placed it. Multiple phone calls later and they just keep saying maybe it'll go through, but there's zero actual progress. Nothing's moving with my order. Calling and emailing this company has been completely useless. I've racked up about 25 pounds in international call charges trying to reach them from the UK. It's not worth dealing with. I'm done with them for good and switching to a different supplements company. At least with the other brand, even though shipping cost more upfront, I wouldn't be wasting money on endless phone calls and actually getting my stuff
