I'm really happy with the Red Land Cotton items I own. I have both their towels and sheets in my home. Everything fits properly and looks great. Everything has held up nicely over time. Delivery was prompt and everything arrived in good order.

Placed my order over forty days ago and still haven't gotten it. After waiting about ten days I reached out and heard back that they were dealing with a backlog. I tried contacting them twice more after that but got nothing. At this point I'm just hoping to get my money returned. This has to be one of the worst managed businesses around. The customer service is awful, the shipping tracking is nonexistent, and the prices are too high. I expected better from them, but I've been really disappointed.

This doesn't seem designed for the average working person. You really need to be making over eighty thousand a year to comfortably afford what they're charging. The made in USA and pure cotton story is solid enough, but the pricing keeps this out of reach for most folks.

Outstanding American cotton company. High quality towels, quilts and more. The towels are super absorbent, feel soft, and don't feel waterlogged or heavy. They resist shedding very well and don't pill. The quilts are beautiful quality and feel nice too. The pricing is fair for what you get, and they have a nice rewards program. They always have active discount codes going, and they offer free shipping after a certain purchase amount. My favorite source for American made cotton goods.
