This restaurant barely deserves even one star. The burgers were incredibly greasy and didn't come close to what I ordered. I specifically asked for just ketchup and mustard with no mayo, but the waitress brought it with sauce anyway. Instead of getting a fresh burger, she just handed me the buns so I could fix their mistake. The onions I ordered never even made it on the burger. I won't be returning.

Man, this restaurant is fantastic! I'd say I know my food pretty well and I'm confident about that opinion. The unlimited fries and beverage situation combined with a huge burger at a reasonable price is a great deal. Seriously, come by and try it! My stomach is completely satisfied, and honestly this was the first time I'd been here!

I ordered takeout for a group of coworkers totaling eleven people. Everything was prepared and ready by the time I arrived. Had a terrible visit to the Redlands location. The food was cold, way overpriced, and pretty mediocre overall. What really bothered me was the management. The guy running the place seemed unprofessional, spent more time flirting with staff than doing his job, and made some really inappropriate comments to customers that were offensive and uncalled for. His behavior toward the younger employees was inappropriate to watch. I paid too much for cold burgers and fries, plus some drinks that were subpar. I won't be coming back unless corporate makes some serious changes with their leadership.

The food tasted fine and the service was decent, but nothing special. The real problem was being overcharged for my kid's meal, which cost double what it should have.
