Their order fulfillment and shipping process is really slow. I placed an order on December 26th and was supposed to get it by January 11th with expedited shipping, but that clearly didn't happen. Might just start ordering from Amazon instead.
I've been using this brand for a while through their local site, which had fewer options than the US version but was convenient and had free shipping. During their Black Friday sale, the local site wouldn't load and showed everything out of stock, so I had to order from the US site and got hit with crazy expensive shipping. I placed my $200 order on November 22nd and it still hasn't been sent out. I've emailed them tons of times and messaged on social media but got nothing except one response saying they'd look into it. I'm losing confidence in this order at this point and the support is disappointing. I shouldn't have had to pay all that shipping in the first place since the local site wasn't working, and now my order isn't even being processed. This will probably be my last purchase with them, which sucks because I really like their dip products. Hoping they work with other brand liquids in the future.
The product itself is pretty good, but removal is a nightmare and it wrecked my nails. The way it looks as your nails grow is annoying too because your hair gets stuck between the product and your cuticle. And honestly, customer service is basically nonexistent. They advertise a satisfaction guarantee but clearly don't stand behind it.
I was a loyal customer for 8 years until they shut out my country and launched their own site, which drastically cut down the color selection from hundreds to just 50. On top of that, they stopped sending us new items despite emailing us constantly. I spent over 8 hours communicating with management about the issues and offering solutions, but got nowhere. They then blocked me on both the US and local Facebook groups for asking questions about what was happening. After 18 months of getting nothing from them, it's clear they don't care about us. I can't even look up the colors anymore even though I own over 400 jars of their stuff. Really frustrated with how they've handled this. Avoid shopping here.
Never got to try the product since I ended up shopping elsewhere. Revel gave me a promo code that wouldn't work, and when I reached out for help multiple times, nobody ever got back to me. Pretty disappointing way to lose a customer, especially with such bad support.
The actual manicure looked nice, but I'll never buy the glitter version again. Taking it off was incredibly hard and it actually damaged my nails. Plus once your nails grew, hair kept getting caught in the gap between your nail bed and the product.
I placed an order on August 21st for about $100 in products. Got a confirmation with tracking on August 23, but when I checked on August 27, the tracking wasn't working and the package hadn't arrived. After reporting it that day, support said on August 30 that it was lost and they'd send another one with new tracking. On August 31, they told me one item was out of stock and offered a refund. By September 2, the replacement still hadn't shipped so I reached out again, but couldn't get through to anyone. Finally on September 6, they admitted there was a system glitch and gave me yet another order and tracking number, essentially starting over. I contacted them on September 7 and got no response. As of September 10, the latest tracking number shows the package still hasn't shipped and I've heard nothing else from them.
I'm obsessed with Revel products. Started with a couple other brands but switched completely to Revel once I found them. The pigment is amazing and they have such a huge variety of colors plus new releases constantly. Almost every time I order, I get a bonus item or they upgrade my size, which is awesome.
Been loving these dip powders for about 3 months now and they're seriously some of the best out there. Super simple to use and reasonably priced at around $8 for half an ounce or $14 for a full ounce. The best part is they often upgrade your order, so you really get great value. The color range is incredible. One thing to keep in mind though - wipe off the top of those liquid bottles after each use because they can get gunky and make the caps hard to open. Definitely worth trying if you're into dip nails!
