Sorted by: Most recentThe customer service here is absolutely terrible. When you call, you only reach a receptionist who takes messages that never get returned. I ordered back on July 4th and still haven't received anything. I've repeatedly explained to the receptionist that the package got stuck in carrier logistics and needs to be reshipped, but nobody from the actual company has ever contacted me back.
My order showed up right when they said it would and everything was excellent quality.
My order has been sitting for a month with basically zero updates for the last 3 weeks. The lack of communication and support here is really bad.
Props to the customer service team for stepping up when I got a broken bottle in my delivery. They fixed the issue, though I did notice the bottles dried out a bit after that.
Ordered the starter kit on May 23 and it took until June 3rd to arrive, almost two weeks after I was charged. When it got here, some of the stuff was already dried out. Even though they claim 100% customer satisfaction, they want me to cover return shipping for a product that came defective. Not worth it.
