Sorted by: Most recentDO NOT ORDER. PAYMENT TAKEN. NOTHING RECEIVED. Placed an order on March 21st with expedited 3 day delivery option. As of March 24th, I have zero tracking info or updates on my shipment. My bank account was charged in full but I got absolutely nothing. That's basically stealing. Within days, my account started getting weird transactions. Called to complain but got the runaround. Their website claims there's a phone line at the bottom but there actually isn't one. This whole operation needs to be avoided at all costs. I'm not alone in this either, as I've reported the situation to the appropriate authorities who are currently looking into their practices. This place has all the hallmarks of a fraudulent operation.
Never got my order and still waiting on refund. Felt like a complete ripoff. Placed my purchase during the Black Friday sales rush, and order simply never showed up. I exchanged roughly 10 messages with customer service, and they kept telling me it was stuck in customs overseas and to be patient. Then out of nowhere, I got notification that the package had been returned to the company. Was really looking forward to receiving it, but honestly, this is probably the worst retailer I could have chosen for supplements.
