Having the same problems as lots of other people here. Tried to use discount codes during checkout, free shipping offers, email sign-up codes for 15% off, text message codes for 20% off, but nothing worked. Reached out to their customer service through email. They got back to me but just asked for more details, didn't actually fix anything or give me real help. Ended up finding the exact same item at another retailer with actual free shipping included and no restocking charges.

They advertise 15% off when you join their email list and say they'll send a code, except their site rejects the code they provide. They also claim you get 20% off by signing up for texts but the code never shows up. Seems like nobody's actually managing this website. The designs look great but the way this company is run and how they do business feels off somehow.

Can't really suggest this company. Good things: amazing quality, fantastic patterns. Bad things: basically everything else. I like the brand but shopping online with them is a nightmare. The wait times are awful and customer service stinks. Placed an order on the 19th that included some fabric with a note that one piece would ship out between November 25-29. By early December I had to ask for a split shipment so I could get my wrapping paper before the holidays. Then mid-December, on the 13th, I emailed customer service and she said it would go out in a couple days. Now it's late December on the 21st and I still don't have it. A month later and still nothing, I don't know how they justify that. Rifle is pricey, so I'd expect way better service from their fulfillment team.

They took the money out of my account immediately when I placed the order. Still have never gotten the actual package. The whole thing was meant to be a gift going to another state, so now it's worthless. Can't get anyone on the phone with customer support. Don't place orders with them!!!

The products themselves are solid and I really do like them. But the shipping holds everything back. Wait times are out of control. Over a month now and every single week they push back the delivery date another seven days. Half of what I ordered was supposed to be a gift, so at this point it doesn't even make sense to get it anymore.

Will keep buying from Rifle Paper Co! Through the years I've picked up little things like pens, notebooks, and protective phone cases, but I recently started exploring their home collection. Got myself 2 big rugs from their Loloi collection and couldn't ask for a better ordering experience. The first rug showed up looking amazing, though the second had some damage when delivered. The crew at RPC didn't waste any time and really went above and beyond to make it right. Excited to fill my home with more Rifle Paper Co pieces, maybe even wallpaper my dining area! I wasn't solicited for this review at all. I simply wanted to highlight how well they handled this situation and how much I love the stuff.

Absolutely planning to order from Rifle Paper Co again! Over time I've grabbed a few smaller items like notebooks, pens, and phone cases, but recently I decided to check out their home decor stuff. I picked up 2 large rugs from their partnership with Loloi and I'm thrilled with how everything went. The first rug arrived in perfect condition, but the second one showed some damage when it got here. The team at RPC really stepped up and went the extra mile to fix the issue. BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. Got a rug set from Rifle. One item was out of stock and the other one showed up all frayed and falling apart! Submitted photos by email like they told me to and never heard anything back. DO NOT BUY

INSANELY SLOW SHIPPING. Had I known ahead of time how long they take, I wouldn't have ordered. Would've been faster and cheaper to just grab something at a store nearby. I totally get that it's the busy season and deliveries slow down, but I've been waiting over a week just for someone to respond about my shipping status. Won't be back.

Really long wait before shipping but the stuff is fantastic. Took three weeks just to get my order of three items out the door. Ordered November 6th but didn't receive it until November 25th. If you're planning to get something for Christmas or a birthday, order way ahead of time. The long wait aside, I was really happy when I opened the box. The packaging was really nice and the items inside are beautiful with great patterns. Might order again even with the long turnaround. One thing though, customer service wasn't super responsive. After a week with no shipment, I asked where my items were and they just repeated that it hadn't shipped yet, which wasn't helpful at all.
