If you want something from Rifle for the holidays, better order it in the summer because it might take that long anyway. Bought personalized stationery and waited over two months for it to arrive. The design proof took weeks to get back, and after I approved it, I had to send email after email asking what was happening. Eventually someone responded with an apology and said they'd upgrade the shipping at no charge, but that never happened. Three more weeks went by before the stationery showed up, and it came in a cheap plastic box that was all dented and crushed. I know it sounds like a lot to ask, but when a company charges premium prices like this one does, I expect better service.
