Google Maps was advertising this service saying no fees and wait times half as long as the other ordering system. Both claims turned out to be complete lies. They actually charge a $4.99 convenience fee and the speed difference wasn't real. It's just another middleman service that submits your order to the restaurant's actual website.

This is a scam. They snuck an order button onto my Google business listing without asking or getting permission. They're trying to redirect my customers to use their platform and charge an extra fee for basically nothing. The whole thing is shady and they should be embarrassed for taking advantage of small business owners like this.

Major scam! Signed up for what was supposed to be free but it wasn't. I called the company and talked to someone a couple weeks later who promised a representative would reach out to get everything set up. Nobody ever contacted me. Then a month later they just grabbed money from my account without permission or warning. Avoid this place. I've reported them and let the authorities handle it.

I signed up for a two month trial back in December. Never actually used it though because the pandemic lockdown happened right after and my workplace shut down. I sent a cancellation notice in January, a full month before the trial would've ended. They confirmed they got my request. But then they charged me again in February anyway! I emailed asking for a refund and to stop all charges but got nothing back (weird since they used to respond same day before). I had to report it to my bank as fraudulent.
