This feels like a scam to me. You get cheap jewelry for a couple months, then they stop sending boxes but keep charging your account every month. Canceling is nearly impossible, so you basically have to get a new credit card to make it stop. There's definitely lawsuit potential here.

I never even got to look at my items or swap them for something I'd actually wear. When I opened my box I was so upset I cried. The pieces are absolutely ugly and whoever styled this clearly either hates their job or doesn't know what they're doing. I filled out my style profile saying I love ring stacks, that's what I wear. But this stylist completely ignored my profile and my direct request for at least one ring. Instead I got these huge, obnoxious earrings that would pull my ears down. $21 a month for this is totally not worth it.

Their customer service is basically useless. I tried canceling my membership within seconds of accidentally ordering and they just told me they couldn't stop it in time. Now I'm stuck returning stuff I never wanted. Don't bother signing up. You're getting 90% cheap costume jewelry that costs way less at your local mall. They charge $21 monthly but the credit only works on those 3 items in your box, not toward buying a new box. And that credit? It expires after one month and doesn't roll over. If you don't find anything you like that month, tough luck. Total ripoff and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

If I could give negative stars I would. I signed up using a promo code that was supposed to make my first box only $5. My card was charged $5.30 with tax, which seemed fine. Then I realized this was actually a rental service, not a purchase, so I decided to cancel before receiving anything. But when I checked my bank, I saw two charges: the $5.30 AND another $22.26 for the supposed monthly fee that should've been waived by the code. They're refusing to refund the $22 even though the promo was supposed to cover my entire first month. The box never even shipped and I never got anything. They removed the charge from my statement so now I can't dispute it through my bank. Basically they took $22 from me for nothing.
