Tried to cancel my rubber stamp order within minutes of placing it after I found an old one I'd forgotten about. They said it was already in production and couldn't be stopped. Then they told me it wouldn't arrive for a week. Obviously they hadn't actually started making it yet.

We placed an order for a custom stamp with very specific sizing requirements in the special instructions so it would work properly with our company paperwork. We also sent the same request through their contact form. We got absolutely no response. When the stamp finally came, they'd made it at maximum size and didn't acknowledge our request at all. The design was way too big and completely unusable. We asked for either a refund or a corrected replacement and once again, total silence from their team. Be very careful ordering from them.
