Had been buying their metabolism supplement consistently until I had to stop for a while due to pricing. Once I could swing it again, I decided to jump back in and test out their meal options too. That's when I realized they'd reformulated everything. The new version caused heart palpitations right away. Their old formula was made with simple, clean ingredients. Whatever they're using now is a disaster. Trying to cancel my subscription turned into a nightmare - they won't even take back unopened boxes. Really disappointed because this company used to be solid but it's clearly fallen off.

They charged me for a plan I never actually purchased. The website has a basic membership plus several specialty plans available. I clicked on one of their fat burning options just to look at the details. A popup told me I'd be committed if I proceeded, so I hit cancel instead. But apparently their system signed me up anyway for $350 weekly over three weeks. Payment was going to hit my account that night and I couldn't find any way to view my payment details on the website. Customer support wasn't even available. Had to call my bank and freeze the card to stop it. This is unacceptable. On quality though, the meals really do seem designed with digestive health in mind and they did make a difference for me. Still, you're basically paying $27 for rice and beans in a bowl when you could just prepare it yourself.

Great tasting meals that are already made and nutrition-focused. Compared to Thistle, it costs more but the flavors are just as good and the recipes feel current and sophisticated. What really sets Sakara apart is how they've built their brand - sleek marketing and a whole product ecosystem that makes it feel like a complete lifestyle choice rather than just a meal service.

Completely undrinkable. We tried mixing that powder into everything we could think of but nothing helped. The flavor was so bad we just couldn't choke it down no matter what we added to it.
