I expected way better from Sam Ash. Won't be back.
My sister got a Squier Classic Vibe 70s P Bass from Sam Ash and we're still waiting on delivery. They never even sent her a tracking number. This is a mess. I thought Sam Ash was legitimate but this feels like a total con!!!!

Disappointing experience after disappointing experience. This company doesn't stand by their products and honestly doesn't seem to care about customers at all. I bought a Casio keyboard that was supposed to be a floor model in perfect condition. It arrived packed poorly in a box with almost no protection, and there was a visible crack in it. All the original accessories were missing too. The customer service guys, Fisher and Foster, were extremely unhelpful and rude, refusing to do anything about the damage their staff caused. They act like it's my fault when I'm the one paying for their carelessness. You'd get better service at Sweetwater, Amazon, or your local music store. Save yourself the frustration.
