Great site overall. I know other people have complained but my orders usually ship within a day or two unless it's holiday season when everything gets backed up from order volume. The products are always quality and since you're buying straight from the company, you know it's all legitimate merchandise. Prices have gone up in recent years but that's just inflation. I've probably spent over ten grand here since 2018 and haven't had a single problem.
My son ordered three items on December 22nd when they were all showing as in stock. Now it's mid-January and nothing has shipped. This isn't acceptable for items that were available when he ordered them. We have zero visibility into whether or when these items will actually arrive.
Got multiple items for my partner's birthday. Their return policy said 'most items' can go back within 30 days. My order took almost that entire time to show up, so by the time it arrived the 30 days was almost done. Plus if I did return anything, I'd have to pay for return shipping and cover customs fees on top of everything. At that point I might as well sell it myself. The prices are way too high and the return policy is really limiting. Won't be shopping there again.
This company is a total waste of time and money. We've spent weeks trying to get an exchange processed and keep getting nothing but silence. Daily phone calls and emails just get ignored.
I spent over $50 just to qualify for their free gift promotion during holiday shopping. When my package arrived, the gift wasn't included. Their response was that I supposedly didn't check a box, which I never even saw, and said the gift was out of stock and couldn't be added later. This is a huge, wealthy company and they couldn't be bothered to fix this for what probably costs them five bucks? They already got my money and their customer service is shameful. I'm done shopping with them.
I used to shop at Sanrio.com but not anymore. I placed an order in late November 2019 and by late January 2020 I still had 4 items missing. I kept emailing Customer Care and they kept saying the items would ship in 3 to 5 business days but it never happened. I'm really let down and I'm not buying from them anymore.
