What Shoppers Say About Sanuk
Created with AI, based on recent reviews
Sanuk has received uniformly negative feedback from shoppers, with all recent reviews rating the company at one star. The primary complaints center on serious product defects, including soles separating from sandal footbeds after minimal wear, which one shopper reports caused a tripping hazard. Beyond product quality, multiple reviewers describe unresponsive or nonexistent customer support, making it impossible to resolve issues or get assistance.
Shoppers also report significant order fulfillment problems, with multiple cases of paid orders that never arrived. Several reviewers note that attempts to contact the company through listed email addresses and other channels have gone unanswered. Additional concerns include unexpected charges through payment processors that exceeded the agreed purchase price. Taken together, these reviews suggest systemic issues with product durability, order processing, and customer service responsiveness.

These sandals need to be recalled immediately. The sole separated from the footbed after wearing them just a handful of times. The gap that formed actually caused me to trip and nearly fall. I have photos documenting the defect if needed.

Sanuk's customer support is basically nonexistent. I tried to buy shoes and had trouble applying a coupon code they gave me. When I reached out to ask for help, I got absolutely nothing. Most retailers actually care about helping customers, but Sanuk clearly doesn't. Stay away if you have any issues.

Placed an order for two pairs of shoes back in late June and paid in full, but they've never arrived. There's also no way to get in touch with anyone at the company to find out what happened.
