The staff here deserves all the praise. My experience at both the Myer Carindale location and the Queens Plaza boutique was outstanding. Sarah at Myer was absolutely amazing - patient, friendly, and helpful as I worked through trying on a dozen different pieces. I ended up purchasing everything I tried on! Then Olivia at the boutique went above and beyond when I needed to exchange one item for a different size. Even though she couldn't process it at her location and was working alone, she made arrangements for me to do the exchange at the Myer City store the very next morning at 10:30, right when she'd be starting her shift there. This kind of genuine customer service is hard to find anymore. Your team truly knows how to take care of people!

I was really disappointed with how my order arrived. My feathered skirt and sunglasses were just crammed into a basic plastic mailer with zero padding or protection. The bag was so overstuffed I could've easily damaged everything when I opened it. If that package had gotten tossed around during shipping, I would've lost my entire purchase. The delicate skirt needed way better care than what I received. It's frustrating that there was no thought put into how items were packed, and no explanation for why it was handled so carelessly.
