Grabbed a necklace last year that looked good in their photo but turned out to be garbage in person. Looked like cheap fast fashion, maybe even worse. And the price was way too high. They're definitely using tricky photography and heavy editing. They told me returns aren't allowed, just exchanges. Whatever. I live super close to their office in the city but they still made me pay to mail it back. Then I had to buy something else and pay shipping again. I ended up spending sixty bucks for studs that cost thirty six on the site and should really be like twenty. They're way smaller than advertised and the backs pop off all the time so I don't even use them. My credit from that exchange is worthless because anything else would cost more to get. I will never ever order from them again. Basically threw a hundred twenty dollars away. Their customer service people are rude too. Stay away from this place!
