What Shoppers Say About SaveRiteMedical
SaveRiteMedical receives sharply divided feedback, with shoppers either highly satisfied or severely disappointed. The small number of positive reviewers praise the company's service quality and product selection, noting they return as repeat customers. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews describe serious problems including unresponsive customer service, unexplained order cancellations, non-arrival of orders, refusal to process returns, shipment of expired products, and disputes over refund requests. Several reviewers characterize the company as potentially illegitimate or describe difficult interactions with management regarding billing address mismatches and other issues.
Common complaints center on lack of communication, unilateral order cancellations affecting customers with medical needs (particularly those with type 1 diabetes requiring insulin supplies and glucose monitors), inflexible return policies, and what some describe as refusal to stand behind products or honor customer service commitments. The pattern suggests systemic issues with order fulfillment, customer support responsiveness, and complaint resolution rather than isolated incidents.

Sorted by: Most recentI don't think this company is even legitimate. My order never arrived. I sent email after email and got zero responses. They're definitely scamming people. Don't go near them.
I placed an order for insulin pump supplies and continuous glucose monitors to cover three months since my work insurance doesn't cover type one diabetes costs. I got an email that my order was cancelled with no explanation given. When I asked why, they said my billing and shipping addresses didn't match. I tried explaining that I live in an RV full time and use a mail forwarding service as my billing address, which is an actual physical location. They basically told me that was their policy and wouldn't budge. I'm disappointed because I'm a doctor and noticed they have a program where you can work with them to provide affordable equipment to your patients. I actually launched a telemedicine service specifically for people living the nomadic lifestyle, and we have tons of patients facing this exact problem. I can't recommend this company. The poor ratings online make sense now. What really bothers me is I picked them because they're based in New York, where I used to live before starting this RV life. Turns out I just got that typical New York brush off.
I'd give this a zero star rating if that were possible. The owner Mark wouldn't listen to me at all. He kept cutting me off, putting words in my mouth, and twisting my story so he wouldn't have to refund my money. I told him several times I used the right app but he blamed me anyway and refused my refund. Then he said he'd ban me from buying diabetic supplies and warned me he'd tell everyone he knows not to sell to me either. That's bullying, plain and simple. If you have any issues with your order, you're out of luck. During my first call about a sensor problem, another employee even told me to call the manufacturer and lie about what happened just to get a replacement. This place has zero integrity starting at the top. Don't do business with them. Find a company with honest people.
Top notch service and great quality products. I've ordered from them several times and I'm definitely a repeat customer.
Don't trust this company. Run the other way. Their customer service doesn't exist and they shipped me expired products without any concern or follow-up.
They refused to accept my return just because the box was opened, even though I never used the product inside.
Really impressed with the prices here and the products are exactly what was described. Everything arrived when they said it would. I've been a happy customer and plan to keep shopping with them.
The site says shipping takes one week. I've been waiting for three weeks and still nothing. When I contact customer service, all they do is ask me to cancel the order saying there's nothing they can do to help.
Their customer service is awful. I bought a diabetes product from SaveRite and realized it wasn't very good quality. When I contacted customer service about it, the representative was incredibly rude. He basically said it wasn't their problem and told me to talk to the manufacturer instead. I emailed them back and they just ghosted me. If you can find another place to buy medical supplies, I'd strongly recommend it.
