This product is genuinely harmful and a complete waste of money. I had a terrible reaction that caused severe swelling and blistering all over my scalp. I ended up spending a ton of money just dealing with the damage it caused. The company gave me zero support when I reached out. They sent me a return authorization number, but there was a catch to that too. You had to ship the product back to California within 10 days of getting the number or forget about your refund. I never got my money back.

This is the worst product I've ever tried. The person responsible for creating this junk deserves to face some serious consequences, and if they do, I hope they only have one way out and it involves using whatever hair might grow from this garbage to escape. Had planned to buy this as a gift for my son, but after reading what other people wrote about how they handle returns, I'm pretty frustrated with the way they treat customers. Seriously, this stuff actually works!! After a couple months you'll definitely notice a difference, just make sure you stick with it every day. I had people asking me if I'd gotten a hair transplant because they could see such a huge change. I couldn't believe what I was seeing myself. Nothing else I tried came close to what this does. Just to test it I stopped for a bit and yeah, the thinning started coming back. This is 100% legit and not exaggerated. It costs a bit more than other options out there, but honestly when you get these kinds of results I'm totally fine with paying extra for it.

Reached out to their customer service and found out the clock on your return period starts ticking from the day you ordered it, not when you get it. That's not cool. They really should be upfront about that kind of thing before you buy.
